Today we had our monthly Learning with the Principal and Partner workshop. Last month, during our PACE planning, our parents requested a workshop on implementing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in the home and as a result, we reached out to one of our experts to present, our very own Mr. Barragan. Mr. Barragan delivered a very engaging workshop on SEL. Parents let Mr. Tran, our community reps, and me know that Mr. Barragan delivered an outstanding workshop, and they gained a lot of knowledge and strategies to implement SEL in their home.
Our next PACE workshops are scheduled for Feb. 23 at 10:30am – Positive Communication Workshop facilitated by Ms. Lowe. And Feb. 28 at 10:30am – Plant Love for Self-Care Workshop facilitated by Ms. Applebaum.
